SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance 


Prices in New York are 2 cents lower for all sizes.  California and regional 
egg prices are steady.  The undertone is steady to weak.  Offerings are light 
to instances available, generally light to moderate.  Supplies vary, but are 
mostly moderate.  Retail and food service demand ranges light to fairly good, 
usually moderate.  Market activity is slow to moderate.  Breaking stock supplies 
are light to moderate for full-time breaking schedules.  Light hen offerings are 
at least moderate for a light and generally unaggressive demand.
