Cotton futures are trading 26 to 36 points higher this morning. They were 10 to 21 points higher on Wednesday, as the outside markets showed little movement. The US dollar was down just 10 points after large early losses, with crude oil 39 points lower. The dollar is trading higher this morning, while the crude complex is weaker. Online cash cotton sales reported by The Seam dropped to 7,349 bales, as prices fell a steep 194 points to 66.75 cents/lb. The Cotlook A index for November 14 was 30 points lower to 79.60 cents/lb.
